Settle onto a padded cane chair in the airy dining room under the traditional Balinese thatched roof for breakfast, lunch and dinner, when countless candles flicker amidst the paddies. The rice that accompanies our Balinese cuisine comes straight from these flourishing stalks, while Western and Asian specialities benefit from our Singapore-native Executive Chef Dean Nor who has 17 years of experience from an island renowned for its cultural affinity to good food.
