The Aayu Mumbai is a 42-suite luxury hotel by celebrated designer Jaya Ibrahim, and home to India’s first restaurants by the world’s most decorated chef Joël Robuchon, and culinary superstar Hide Yamamoto. The Aayu Mumbai will be located on the top five floors of Kohinoor Square’s Central Tower, the city’s tallest commercial building, in the Dadar area.

Spanish designer Ismael Pindado’s vision of elevated, egg-shaped villas dotted randomly across a lush and serene expanse forms the setting for the 100 exclusive villas that is The Chedi Nusa Penida in Bali. Located on a secluded island accessible by private helicopter and yacht services, this 5.3-hectare exclusive enclave overlooks Crystal Bay, one of Southeast Asia’s premier diving sites renowned for its pristine waters and coral reefs. The Chedi Tomakomai will be GHM’s first property in Japan. Set within 1,057 hectares of lush forest on the island of Hokkaido, this development with a 60-room luxury hotel and 40 private villas will be designed by iconic Japanese architect and 1995 Pritzker Prize winner Tadao Ando. Hokkaido’s natural assets will be reflected in The Chedi’s open-air hot springs, 30-table gourmet restaurant and health facilities, and the development will stand as an environment-friendly design on 47 hectares of land, preserving 96% of the surrounding forest.
Guests can look forward to spacious hotel rooms with built-in fireplaces and cliff-facing views, a spa and health club, indoor and outdoor pools, library, lounge and wine cellars. The Chedi Tomakomai will be only minutes from the new Chitose International Airport, Tomakomai Port, and 16 premier golf courses.

Located in northeastern Morocco, North Africa, The Chedi Tamouda Bay is being designed as a beach resort featuring 107 guest rooms, suites and villas. Just an hour’s drive from the international airport of Tangier, the resort will be spread across 11 hectares and will feature three restaurants, a selection of bars, meeting facilities and 350 metres of direct beach access to the Mediterranean Sea, complemented by a variety of recreational activities.

The Chedi Khorfakkan is a 170-suite resort situated on a mountain beside a private cove on Sharjah’s east coast, overlooking the Indian Ocean. Covering an expanse of 130,000 square metres, The Chedi Khorfakkan will comprise The Fort, The Hilltown and the Town Square. The Fort is the primary access to the hotel and will house the main reception, restaurants, spa and health club and business facilities. The Hilltown will offer all-suite accommodation including four royal suites, 10 presidential suites, 26 executive suites and 130 standard suites with unspoilt ocean views. The Town Square, the hub of activity in the centre of The Hilltown, will feature a variety of cafes by the picturesque beachfront.

Al Bait Sharjah is a development aimed at protecting and restoring the emirate's historic fabric. Spread over 10,000 square metres, the hotel will feature 54 guest rooms, restaurants and a spa and wellness facility, some of which are incorporated into five decades-old heritage buildings. Unique design elements such as converting an old home into a library and museum, and weaving the Souq Al Arsa, a traditional open-air marketplace, into the property as a pedestrian thoroughfare, will bring the destination’s charm to life and enhance the guest experience. Al Bait Sharjah is designed by UK-based architectural firm GAJ, the same architects for The Chedi Khorfakkan in Sharjah.

Qutub Minar, India’s tallest brick minaret at 72.5 metres, stands as an edifice of New Delhi’s imperial lineage. The ancient Qutub complex in which it is located, a designated UNESCO World Heritage site, will be the very site for The Chedi Qutub. The design of the 45-room resort hotel will encapsulate the historical magnificence of India’s past glory with present-day luxuries befitting its heritage.
