To introduce your taste buds to these culinary delights, The Nam Hai invites you to Follow The Chef, a half-day edible adventure beginning in Hoi An’s thriving local market. We’ll continue by picking the freshest ingredients from the resort's own organic herb and vegetable garden.

In our professional open kitchen at The Beach Restaurant, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine like crunchy fresh spring rolls, banana blossom salad and my quang turmeric rice noodles directly from our culinary masters.

ROMANCE BY THE SEA

What is even more memorable than the seemingly endless beach surrounding the Nam Hai? Enjoying that stretch of sand over a romantic barbecue dinner for two. Honeymooners and other lovers can meander hand in hand, with bare feet in the powder soft sand of Ha My Beach, then stretch out comfortably on our canopied day bed facing the East Sea.

Toast the sublime sunset and each other while starting with fresh salads and Vietnamese rice paper rolls. Take a seat at your candlelit dining table in the sand, surrounded by tiki torches, where your private chef will deliver surf and turf of your choice from the sizzling grill. Linger later over your favourite sweet treats and luscious local fruits.
