Most visitors to Vietnam require a visa to enter the country. Visas are exempted for citizens of those countries which have signed a bilateral or unilateral visa exemption agreement with Vietnam. Tourist visas can be obtained at the nearest Embassy of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam and are valid for up to 30 days. For more information about visas to enter Vietnam and visa exemptions, please visit Vietnam Tourism’s website.

To ease your arrival and departure, we will be pleased to arrange the 30-minute airport transfers by air-conditioned luxury vehicle at USD 80++ per way (advance booking required). Our Concierge team is available anytime to book a hotel car or metered taxi. Taxis may also be hired in Hoi An town by asking any establishment to call a cab for you. We recommend that you have the address of your destination written in Vietnamese on a piece of paper so you can show it to the driver who may not be proficient in English.
Some may be surprised to learn our tropical beach retreat does experience distinct seasons. December to January is winter in Central Vietnam with temperatures ranging from 20 – 25 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping to 15 – 20 degrees Celsius in the evenings. Sun kissed summer days come in May and last until August, followed by the monsoon from September to November which generally brings no more than a few hours of rain to otherwise pleasant days.
We remove any confusing cultural guesswork in the hotel by including a service charge in the room rates however guests may wish to recognize butlers or others among our fine staff which is entirely at your discretion. Outside the resort, a 10% tip, although not expected, is sincerely appreciated in most restaurants and services.
