Roles & Responsibilities
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage products and services.
- Prepare a Yearly marketing plan for the department in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Department including a competitor analysis and a revision of global trends.
- Along with the Executive Chef to develop and manage the implementation of menus, promotions and presentation within the Chedi Mumbai Guidelines.
- Fully understands HACCP and ISO related regulation
- Minimum three years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage with an industry leading hotel chain
- Career developed in a luxury environment
- Working in a multi outlets F&B driven property
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
