Covid-19 Hotel Measures

PUBLIC SPACES 

• All public areas including door handles, lift buttons and reception counters are thoroughly sanitised on an hourly basis throughout the day. 
• Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed throughout the property for your convenience.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT (IF ARRANGED WITH THE HOTEL) 

• Your chauffeur will always wear a protective mask and gloves during the trip. 
• The car will be sanitised after every trip.

CONCIERGE AND BELL SERVICES 

• Prior to loading for delivery to your accommodation, luggage will be disinfected with professional chemicals.  
• We highly recommend travelling with hardboard (plastic) bags, as cloth or leather luggage could be damaged during disinfection.

ROOM AMENITIES 

• Sanitation kits including hand sanitiser, facemask and disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest with out compliments, as well as upon request.
