Emirati elegance reigns in The Arabic Restaurant which welcomes dinner guests with high, wood-beamed ceilings and sumptuous textiles. Saffron, cardamom, turmeric, and thyme characterise our local cuisine. Our internationally trained chefs prepare their light, fresher takes on traditional dishes with poetic names like Maq’louba, Margooga, Harees, Machbous, Frsee’ah, Fireed, Jisheid, and Mishwy. For festive events or serious business affairs, the private dining room evokes timeless Sharjah style with distinctly Arabesque flair.
